1. Order Cancellation or Modification

We know that plans can change. For this reason, we offer a short adjustment window after checkout.

• 4-Hour Adjustment Window: You may request to cancel or modify your order (such as size, color, or item changes) within 4 hours of placing your order.
• How to Request Changes: Please email us as soon as possible and include your Order Number to help us assist you quickly.
• Processing Limitation: After the 4-hour window, orders automatically move into production and packaging. At this stage, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
  This policy allows us to maintain fast handling times while ensuring every child’s outfit is prepared with care and accuracy.

2. Shipping Address Accuracy

Providing an accurate delivery address is essential to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

• Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all shipping details are complete and correct at checkout, including recipient name, street address, apartment/unit number (if applicable), city, state, and ZIP code.
• Verification: We recommend reviewing your address carefully before submitting your order to avoid delays or delivery issues.
• Liability: Babycuddlecove is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
• Returned Packages: Orders returned to us due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.
