If for any reason your purchase does not meet expectations, this Return Policy explains how we handle returns and exchanges in a clear and transparent manner, in accordance with global e-commerce standards.

1. Return Eligibility Window

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as originally received.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized/custom products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

3. How to Return an Item

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@babycuddlecove.com with the subject line “Return Request – Order #”. Include your order number, the item(s)  you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Authorization: Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization to avoid delays.
  3. Package Securely: Carefully pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Return: Send the package following the instructions provided by our support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to preference, sizing choice, or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or color are welcome, subject to availability. Please follow the return process above and clearly indicate “Exchange” in your request. For faster fulfillment, we may recommend placing a new order while your return is being processed.

6. Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Returned items are inspected within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Approved Returns: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval.
  • Rejected Returns: Items that do not meet eligibility requirements may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
